Michael Lynch

Michael joined the Board of Directors of Children UP in 2011.  In this role, Michael helps provide perspective to the Board and to the Executive Director on topics ranging from near-term cash flow planning, budgeting, fundraising goals and result assessments, and long-term strategic planning.

Michael brings to Children UP his experience as a personal financial advisor, working with individuals and small business owners for more than 30 years.  It is on that experience Michael draws as he seeks to ensure Children UP manages resources well for current needs, respects the intentions of our sponsors and our donor base, and engages the Board in conversation about how to continue shaping the long-term vision for Children UP as an organization, and the long-term real world results Children UP seeks to create for our many sponsored students.

Mike lives in Kildeer, IL, with his wife and two daughters.
