Phyllis Cady

Phyllis Cady is a team member of ChildrenUp. While on the board, she has had various responsibilities throughout her ten years of service. Presently, she is serving on the educational committee that reviews the students’ academic progress and oversees their personal well being in the school setting that is provided from the staff.

Phyllis’s professional background is education that spans primary to high school levels. She has always had a passion for education that excites the students to want to learn. Phyllis graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. degree in special education, a Masters degree in Special Education with an endorsement for the emotional/learning disabled.

Phyllis feels that ChildrenUp is a portal to aiding the students who have an inner fire to learn and provide for us a better place for all to prosper because of their passion and skills.
